We at Tubitex have recognised for several years now the increasing importance of chemical fibres (artificial and synthetic), which complement natural fibres, in all fields of textile applications.
The production of chemical fibres is a continuous spinning process that starts with the treated material and ends with spinning board reels, ready for processing.
If you are a company with modern equipment, to increase your productivity you certainly have an increasing need to achieve high linear speeds of burr movement (around 8000 rpm which is equivalent to about 300 linear km/h).
