The special feature of our texturisation bobbins is the processing of the wire to which we give, through physical processes and coupling with other wires, special volume, elasticity and other qualities.

These processes, called texturing and twisting, generally take place at speeds of up to 2500/3000 rpm and require tubes with special characteristics compared to spinning reels.

WHAT MAKES THEM EXCELLENT

The filaments we texturise can be stretchy, if they are characterised by high extensibility (up to 500% with respect to the normal state), voluminous if the prominent feature is bulkiness, they can be voluminous and stretchy, when the extensibility accompanies common textile materials, while the apparent volume is considerably higher.

In this way, the texturisation coils acquire elasticity, voluminosity, softness and covering power, all of which are recognisable by touch alone.
